Launch your precision machining career! We are immediately hiring skilled brake press operators / cnc metal forming specialists for top-tier manufacturing facilities. This role is highly technical, demanding superior attention to detail and a commitment to quality forming work. If you excel at reading blueprints and programming modern cnc press brake machines, we offer premium wages, reliable employment, and flexible hours.

Your responsibilities:

- Program and set up various cnc brake press machines using control software (e.g., amada, trubend, or similar) to execute complex bends and forms.
- Accurately read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine proper press brake tooling, setup, and sequencing.
- Calculate and adjust for material characteristics such as spring-back, bend allowance, and offset to maintain strict dimensional tolerances.
- Perform first-piece and in-process quality checks using precision measurement tools (calipers, protractors, height gauges) to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Maintain a safe work area and ensure the correct handling of materials (e.g., steel, aluminum, stainless steel) before, during, and after the forming process.
