Are you highly effective at problem resolution and building client trust? Become a customer service specialist with a highly flexible schedule. We offer short-term mandates with organizations focused on excellence, allowing you to use your interpersonal and problem-solving skills to manage client accounts when it fits your life.

Your responsibilities:

- Handle complex inbound inquiries and resolve service issues or complaints across various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Utilize a ticketing system or crm to accurately log, track, and manage all customer requests and interactions from initiation to final resolution.
- Perform basic account management tasks, including processing returns, exchanges, refunds, or service upgrades/downgrades.
- Strictly adhere to all client policies and service level agreements (slas), ensuring detailed and accurate record-keeping of all support provided.
- Quickly master new product information, service processes, and customer retention strategies for various short-term mandates.

work hours: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM
