We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team in Kissimmee FL.
***PRN Role only - will be needed for PTO and coverage as needed***
The FNP will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status and needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
Provide treatment for various conditions, including acute care and chronic disease management.
Educate patients and families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Florida
Valid Prescriptive authority in Florida
DEA license
Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Scheudule: This is a clinic open from 7-5:30 M-F, coverage is as needed and per diem only at this point.
Contract until 12/31/2026
