We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join the team at Grady Health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of complex imaging procedures with a focus on high-quality patient care and safety. This role requires immediate placement and commitment to the specified weekend shift.
Schedule:
Shift: Weekend
Hours: Friday - Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols.
Prepare and position patients for imaging studies, ensuring maximum comfort and safety.
Maintain and operate MRI equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Ensure the safety of all patients and staff in the MRI environment, including screening for contraindications.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience: 1 year minimum experience as an MRI Technologist.
Certification: ARRT Certification required.
Certifications: AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Ability to work the required weekend schedule.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
