responsibilities:
- Drive and support attestation processes for NYDFS 500, OCC, DTCC, SWIFT, and Fedline.
- Coordinate collection, analysis, and validation of evidence from tech and business units.
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory control expectations and internal standards.
- Partner across IT, risk, audit, and compliance to close gaps and escalate issues as needed.
- Track deliverables against deadlines and prepare for internal audits or regulatory exams.
- Report progress to leadership and contribute to strategic cybersecurity risk readiness.
qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of cybersecurity, risk, or information security experience in financial services.
- Proven knowledge of at least one of the following: NYDFS 500, OCC, DTCC, SWIFT, or Fedline.
- Strong documentation review skills-able to interpret, validate, and synthesize control evidence.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across functions.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables.
skills: Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, FFIEC, or COBIT frameworks.
- Audit/regulatory exam support experience.
- Certifications like CISA, CRISC, CISSP.
- Experience using GRC tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow).
