Looking for an individual to perform project duties under general supervision, working remote using Sharepoint databases, Adobe Pro and SAP. This position will be utilizing internal checklists for tracking various steps of the project. Responsibilities will revolve around capital projects under construction and will include following up on new purchase requisition/purchase order requests checking for 1) proper documents for submission, 2) following through until approved, and 3) closing purchase orders once all invoices have been received. Following up on invoice posting, payment statuses and submitting payment expedite requests to be tracked for reporting purposes. Following up on new vendor set ups with supply chain. Keeping documents organized by project so they are easy to find depending on inquiries received and capitalizing the assets at the end of the project. Requirements: Microsoft services - MS excel, MS Teams, Sharepoint databases, Adobe pro, and SAP.
