We're seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our clients team and lead testing efforts that ensure the quality and reliability of our .NET applications. In this role, you'll drive manual and automated testing strategies-including smoke, sanity, regression, and UAT testing-while coaching team members on automation tools like Playwright or Selenium. You'll collaborate closely with developers to maintain high quality standards throughout the SDLC and deliver robust, well-tested software products. This is a remote-friendly opportunity available across multiple approved U.S. states. Candidates should bring at least 5 years of QA experience, strong knowledge of Agile practices, and a passion for quality engineering.

responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance projects and testing initiatives
- Conduct Manual, Smoke, Sanity, Regression, and UAT testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright or Selenium
- Create and execute test plans and test cases
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure software meets quality standards
- Provide coaching on automation tools to QA team members
- Track and report on testing progress and results
- Identify and mitigate software quality risks
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA or a related field
- Proven experience in leading QA activities and projects
- Experience testing .NET applications
- Eligible to work in approved hub states
