responsibilities:
- Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements, and then working closely with the Development Team to refine the requirement into specifications that can be executed by the team.
- Will work as part of an Agile Kanban team, collaborating with the Product Owner to evaluate the Features, write effective user stories, document business rules; and with the Developers to review technical design, identify enablers and dependencies.

- Must have excellent analytical skills and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation and participate in the definition of strategies for the technical solution.
- Must come from a technical background. Prior development background in Java and Angular (front end) and Oracle (back end) in order to work with developers, UX designers, and architects.
- Data migration/data mapping experience
- Ability to communicate and work with developers to ensure that acceptance criteria for the user stories are understood and applied.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions.
- Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, feature writing, story grooming and sprint planning
