The Instructional Designer Lead participates high complex design and development training projects from initiation to closure. This is accomplished by following defined instructional design standards and using aligned industry tools to design, develop, and measure training courses to support learning initiatives.

- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 6 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives. - {OR}
- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiative
