We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Manager to support process evaluation and optimization initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to assess existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improved business processes and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis and a working knowledge of defining software requirements to support organizational goals.

responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate current-state business processes across departments or programs
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Document and map out optimized process flows
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional system requirements
- Present findings and recommendations to business and IT leadership
- Support change management and implementation planning as needed
qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in evaluating and optimizing business processes
- 1+ year (preferred) experience in gathering and specifying software system requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative tea
skills: Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
- Experience working in public sector or large enterprise environments
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
