Our enterprise global client is looking for a Travel Management Consultant to support operational and strategy deliverables for the Global Travel Program.
This candidate is responsible for ensuring the corporate travel program runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Oversee daily operations of the Corporate Travel Team, collaborating globally with employees and the Travel Management Company to optimize travel procedures.
- Coordinate with airlines to manage partnership perks like Global Service and unused tickets.
- Ensure the travel booking system operates smoothly, working closely with the Everest IT team for ease of use and functionality.
- Analyze travel data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and areas for improvement; prepare and present regular reports on travel expenses, bookings, and savings; track and report on travel-related KPIs such as cost per trip, booking volume, and vendor performance.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly, recommending changes or improvements to vendor contracts.
- Assist in developing and enforcing corporate travel policies and procedures; address employee travel concerns, providing resolutions in line with company guidelines.
- Recommend strategies to reduce travel-related expenses while maintaining service quality.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding travel bookings, policies, and best practices; conduct training sessions on travel tools, platforms, and policies; serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related issues or emergencies, providing necessary emergency communications to affected travelers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to streamline the travel program; stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in corporate travel management; serve as the primary point of contact for the Business Travel form of payment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, travel, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4-10 years of experience in a corporate travel management role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), as the role involves communicating with senior executives of the company.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems; experience with Concur is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
