As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions across our enterprise. This role demands a strong understanding of both Microsoft Power Automate and SAP BTP's RPA functionalities, as you will be critical in determining and implementing the most effective automation platform for each unique business case, particularly in the realm of supply chain processes and SAP integrations (including S/4HANA). responsibilities:
· Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate for a diverse set of business processes.
· Contribute significantly to the development and implementation of RPA solutions within SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), particularly for SAP-centric automations that leverage well-defined processes.
· Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including our RPA Expert, Neeharika, to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify automation opportunities, focusing on those that deliver high business value and address backlog priorities.
· Implement Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions, specifically leveraging ABBYY technology, to enable the automation of processes involving unstructured or semi-structured data.
· Ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with various enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA and other critical systems.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing and newly developed RPA automations.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation solutions, including process design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
· Stay current with the latest advancements in RPA, OCR, Microsoft Power Automate, and SAP BTP technologies.
· Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and knowledge transfer to team members as our SAP BTP capabilities grow.
· Actively contribute to managing and reducing the RPA backlog by delivering efficient and effective automation solutions.
qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
· 3+ years of direct experience developing and implementing solutions with Microsoft Power Automate.
· 3+ years of experience with OCR technologies.
· 3+ years of experience utilizing ABBYY products for OCR/Intelligent Document Processing.
· Proven experience or strong familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integrations and processes.
· Experience with or strong understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), particularly its RPA and process automation capabilities.
· Prior industry experience within Supply Chain.
