Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Data & Digital Asset Integration
- Manage the migration and organization of product data and digital assets across marketing platforms, using structured tracking and documentation.
- Ensure metadata consistency, taxonomy alignment, and compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with IT and brand teams to support the ingestion, tagging, and publishing readiness of both product data and digital assets.
2. Centralized Asset Management
- Oversee full asset lifecycle management, including upload, version control, and archival processes.
- Organize and implement large-scale asset migrations, ensuring metadata accuracy and alignment.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content and imagery.
3. Campaign Marketing Support
- Align asset workflows with campaign planning, and partner engagement.
- Support asset lifecycle management in the context of Co-Op campaigns.
- Assist stakeholders with onboarding and managing digital assets and metadata for co-op initiatives and custom asset libraries.
