We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a team of technical professionals and drive the success of a regional service center. In this pivotal role, you'll be the face of the company to our customers, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality service, and the continued growth of the business. You will be empowered to lead without constant direct supervision, taking ownership of your service area and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first focus.

responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Radio Frequency (RF) Technicians, an office administrator, and other support staff.
- Oversee all service center operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards and response times for both on-demand and contract services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
- Manage and expand the customer base by fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and achieve assigned sales, profit and loss (P&L), and budgetary targets for the service center.
- Implement and enforce company policies within your region.
- Manage all company physical property, inventory, and assets assigned to the service center.
qualifications:
- 3-5 years of progressive management experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure to achieve goals.
- Experience in resource planning and a strong understanding of budgeting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Experience in presenting to small groups of customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate or bachelor's degree - Preferred
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in emergency response fields such as the Fire Department, Law Enforcement, or Military. - Preferred
- Experience in Radio Frequency (RF) communications.- Preferred
- A strong customer-driven mindset and a passion for service excellence.
