- 3-5 Years of working experience and solid understanding of FTP / SFTP / AS2/ NDM and other managed file transmission protocols

responsibilities:
- Experience with batch and data support activities using JCL, COBOL, DB2 and various mainframe technologies such as Control-M, TSO, ISPF, and SQL.
- Experience with Python scripting and automation
qualifications:
- Proven ability to script mainframe automation with REXX and other mainframe tools.
- Prior application and batch operations and support experience that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills
skills:
- Phenomenal customer service skills and customer satisfaction orientation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Availability to provide some off-hours /weekend on-call coverage as required.
