Our enterprise client in Central New Jersey has a temp to perm opportunity for an AI Developer to work in a hybrid capacity.
Candidates must have their Bachelor's degree and be interested in converting to a Permanent employee.

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, especially for building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
- Proven experience designing and coding AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, langraph, Strands, or other agentic AI frameworks (e.g.: LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel).
- Full-stack development skills with FastAPI (backend) and React (frontend).
- Familiarity with modern software engineering best practices, cloud platforms, and MLOps tools is a plus.
