job summary:
This role involves leading the operational management and optimization of the organization's Workday HCM system, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and security. The Senior Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting system integrations, developing reports, and collaborating across teams to enhance HR technology processes. The position requires extensive Workday experience and a strong ability to drive system improvements in a global enterprise environment.

responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize day-to-day Workday HCM operations, ensuring data integrity, security, and system performance.

2. Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support HR and business needs, while providing user training and documentation.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, automate workflows, and maintain system integrations to enhance HR operations.

 
qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with 6-7 years of professional experience, including 4-5 years of hands-on Workday HCM expertise.

2. Extensive knowledge of Workday modules such as Security, Reporting, and Calculated Fields, along with experience in system integrations and reporting tools like Workday Studio and EIB.

3. Strong business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with Workday certifications preferred.

 
skills: 1. Proficiency in Workday HCM modules, including Security, Reporting, and Calculated Fields, as well as experience with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis, process improvement, and automation opportunities.

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively across teams and provide user support and training.
