We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Server Data and Analytics Specialist to join our clients fast-paced, high-performing Legal Services technology team. This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and supporting robust SQL Server solutions that drive critical business outcomes. You will work closely with Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems, shifting priorities with ease, and producing exceptional results in a collaborative, high-energy environment. responsibilities:
- Develop, debug, and test advanced T-SQL code to solve diverse technical and analytical challenges.
- Analyze, interpret, and standardize complex datasets for optimal usability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on requirements and data sufficiency.
- Support Solutions Architects in creating tailored data processing plans.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, communicating progress and obstacles effectively
qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in leading technical solution development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent projects
skills:
- 10+ years' experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Expert-level proficiency in T-SQL development and query tuning.
- Proven ability to optimize database server performance.
- Experience with complex data analysis of large datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly assess and implement solutions
