job summary:
This candidate supports the day-to-day execution of sales policy processes, including MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), by maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance, and supporting reporting and visualization efforts. This role works closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Brand, Legal, Revenue Growth Management, and Market Development & Planning (MD&P) to ensure MAP pricing integrity, policy adherence, and operational efficiency.

responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with all sales policies-including MAP-using automated tools and assist with regular audits across digital and physical channels.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales policy compliance-including MAP-reseller behavior, and pricing trends.
- Support enforcement actions by maintaining violation records and assisting with internal and external communications.
- Assist in analyzing pricing and policy data to identify trends, risks, and violations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support centralized policy execution and reporting.
- Support the development and delivery of training, documentation, and tool adoption initiatives that enhance sales policy execution and cross-functional alignment.
- Perform data validation, bulk uploads, and other operational tasks to support policy governance.
- Contribute to process documentation and recommend improvements to enhance monitoring and reporting efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in an analytical or operations support role preferred
skills: Key Competencies
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
