Our enterprise client has an opening for a Windows Hello Implementation and Support Analyst to help craft enterprise and global solutions.
Candidate will help lead the deployment, management and support of Windows Hello for Busienss.
This role is essential for modernizing our identity and access management strategy and enhancing endpoint security. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in WHfB architecture, strong troubleshooting skills, and a solid background in Microsoft identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Deployment: Plan, deploy, and manage Windows Hello for Business (WHfB) using either a certificate-based or key-trust model. Configure and enforce WHfB policies through tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Group Policy.
- Technical Support: Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all WHfB-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems involving biometric devices (fingerprint readers, facial recognition cameras), PIN resets, credential providers, and integration with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- System Administration: Utilize endpoint management tools to monitor WHfB adoption rates, manage device enrollment, and ensure policy compliance.
- Security & Compliance: Work closely with the security team to ensure WHfB implementation aligns with the organization's security policies, particularly those concerning multi-factor authentication (MFA) and passwordless authentication.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including deployment guides, support runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Develop and deliver training materials for IT support teams and end-users.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with identity and access management teams, IT security, and application owners to ensure seamless integration of Windows Hello for Business with existing and new applications.
qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting Windows Hello for Business (WHfB) in an enterprise environment.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Proficiency with enterprise-level endpoint management tools such as MECM/SCCM or Microsoft Intune.
- Strong experience with Group Policy management for desktop configuration.
- Solid understanding of security principles related to identity and access management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
