responsibilities:
- Plan and manage projects focused on communications, reporting, and data, developing detailed project plans and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Create and edit a variety of content, including corporate reports, web content, newsletters, and process documentation.
- Maintain and update content on internal platforms, specifically SharePoint, to ensure stakeholders have access to accurate information.
- Collect, manage, and analyze supply chain data to support reporting and generate insights for strategic decision-making.
qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in writing, content creation, and non-IT project management.
- Proven ability to manage and organize data for reporting and analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, 1-2 days per week onsite in Redmond, WA.
- Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
