- Champion the effort to build and maintain high quality service documentation

- Coordinate multiple development work streams through integration and ensures architecture is scalable and extensible
- Define, maintain and support development environment while adopting industry standard methodologies and tools

responsibilities:
- Ensures code reviews, unit testing and integration testing is completed efficiently and optimally
- Work closely with business partners and management team in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development.
- Provide technical leadership on advice, training and technical support for various projects and junior team members of the team.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5-8 years of software development experience
- 5+ years total OO development experience
- 4-6 years of Java EE development experience
- Investment/financial services experience is highly desired preferably within the equity compensation space
skills: Skills and Knowledge:
- A solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts.
- Mitigate technical roadblocks involving multiple technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communications, must be able to actively engage other team members
- Understanding of Agile development methodology and exposure to development technique utilizing Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) and DevOps
