The Workday Financials Lead is a senior technical role responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Workday ERP modules to enhance financial operations. responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and support Workday Financials modules, including developing integrations and reports to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, and Procurement to analyze needs and implement scalable solutions within Workday.
- Maintain system security, document processes, and provide user training to ensure effective and compliant use of the Workday platform.
qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials modules, including Revenue Management, Accounting, and Procurements.
- Workday Financials Certification demonstrating expertise in managing finance-related tasks within the platform.
- Strong analytical skills, experience with integrations, and the ability to translate complex financial processes into technical solutions.
