The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and in adherence with budget. This role serves as the central point of coordination between stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, scoping, scheduling, and resource coordination across multiple initiatives
- Define project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Track and manage project milestones, timelines, risks, and budgets using appropriate tools
- Facilitate regular team meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, IT, Operations) and external vendors to ensure alignment
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication plans
- Champion project governance best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Monitor post-project performance to ensure outcomes align with intended value
- Track project delivery and performance to assigned measures and dashboards
- Document and manage JIRA tickets, including gathering and defining requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field) or related experience
- 3-5+ years of project management experience (PMP or Agile certification preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience with digital, IT, or healthcare-related projects is a plus
skills: Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
- Comfort working in matrixed or enterprise environments
