responsibilities:
- Manage the project lifecycle for new big data runtimes, from launch to deprecation.
- Draft and coordinate communication plans for runtime updates and deprecations.
- Track runtime adoption and work with engineering and support teams to address customer migration issues.
- Collaborate with diverse, global teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement and process optimization.
qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a program management role within a technical environment.
- Strong background in big data projects and technologies, including Apache Spark.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
