responsibilities:
Support the Co-Branded & Branded Credit Cards Loyalty/Rewards space by monitoring control and exception reports, correcting identified defects via front end systems, and driving process efficiencies and report consolidation-all within published SLAs. Partner with technology, operations, and risk/control teams to deliver timely, auditable fixes and strengthen reporting quality. (Mainframe familiarity a plus.)
qualifications:
Must haves:
- 2+ years in business systems / reporting ops with hands-on exception monitoring & remediation
- Proven SLA delivery, root-cause analysis, and clear documentation
- Robust written/verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration
skills: Nice to haves:
- Loyalty/Rewards (credit card) domain exposure - Mainframe (z/OS, JCL) familiarity - Process improvement experience- Robust Attention to detail
