We're looking for a visionary Identity Architect to lead the charge in defining our client's identity management strategy. In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect behind their robust identity platforms and controls, ensuring security, compliance, and seamless user experiences.
You'll collaborate with various departments, guiding them on best practices for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and staying ahead of the curve on emerging technologies.

responsibilities:
- Define and develop our comprehensive identity management strategy, aligning it with business goals and regulatory requirements. You'll be the go-to expert on IAM trends, constantly looking for ways to improve.
- Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge IAM platforms, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Establish and enforce identity management controls to protect sensitive information. You'll develop policies, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
- Provide guidance and training to operations and IT teams on IAM processes, ensuring everyone has the knowledge they need to succeed.
qualifications:
- 7 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing IAM platforms in a large organization.
- Expertise with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth. You're comfortable configuring and managing complex IAM systems.
- Relevant certifications like CISSP or CIAM are a major plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
