responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain reference data within Collibra, ensuring timely and accurate updates to code sets, crosswalks, and related metadata.
- Map content across systems and perform detailed analysis based on industry-standard coding knowledge (e.g., CPC).
- Ensure all updates undergo peer review processing and meet audit requirements.
- Document data update processes, including the nature, scope, and rationale of changes.
- Support and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for all updates to validate accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure updated reference data is made available and consumable by dependent systems and customers.
- Monitor and enforce data governance standards and best practices.
qualifications:
- This position does require medical coding knowledge.
- Four year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years healthcare claims/clinical operations required
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reference Data Analyst to manage and maintain our Collibra-based code set and crosswalk reference data.
