We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to manage special contract details, overseeing the full contract lifecycle from initial drafting to final execution. This includes managing the purchasing process, tracking purchase orders, and troubleshooting invoice issues.
- Provide comprehensive support to the team, including task tracking, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining organized digital folders.
- Assist with team communications, including drafting and proofreading documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Organize and execute team training sessions and social events. Coordinate travel logistics for visiting partners as needed.

- A minimum of five years of experience in program coordination or program management within a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated experience in contract development and management.
- Exceptional skills in organization and process management.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively across various teams.
