- 5 years as a Business analyst or similar role, Pega Business Architect experience preferred but not required. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with the Product Owner and associates from the Line of Business to develop a healthy backlog of EPICs and User Stories.
- This includes documenting use cases, and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Work with development and testing teammates to help them understand the detailed requirements.
