- The Compliance Domain team supports and reports on activities related to HEDIS compliance.
- Team is to be built, it doesn't exist yet. Key projects are to document and solidify several key business processes, and migrate a tracking/information tool out of Smartsheet into a web-based application.

Typical Day in the Role
- This role works with various members of IT and business to gather the processes that are done related to various compliance activities. Document those activities into a flowchart. Resolve any conflicts or issues with the process. Present the flowchart to various levels of the organization for feedback. Work with the development team as those flowcharts and processes are put into applications.
- Role will be expected to facilitate requirements gathering, will assist with QA, and will document all artifacts required for the projects. This is a highly visible role that interacts with key stakeholders - excellent communication skills (both written and oral) are a must.
- Work is remote - a high degree of autonomy is expected. The ability to prioritize and complete tasks on schedule is a must.

Candidate Requirements
- Required: BS Preferred: MS
- Years of experience required: 2-4
- Disqualifiers: No Bachelor's degree

1. Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Excellent documentation skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
4. Experience with system testing, UAT, and defect tracking.
