responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools that transform raw data into actionable insights across departments.
- Analyze large and complex data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that enhance operations across call centers, marketing, product, client services, and overall business performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Call Center Ops, Engineering, and Business Development to ensure data-driven strategies are aligned with company goals.
- Present insights directly to clients in the insurance sector, offering data-backed recommendations to enhance acquisition campaigns and improve ROI.
- Provide strategic support in the development and refinement of data models that power core business functions.
- Be a trusted advisor to C-Level executives, supporting major strategic initiatives with rigorous data interpretation and forward-thinking analytics.
- Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for data use and analytics to support business growth and operational efficiency.
qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong emphasis on call center operations and business analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Excel, and business intelligence tools like AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or similar.
- Exceptional communication skills-you know how to make data tell a story that resonates with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- A strategic mindset paired with a builder's mentality-you see where data can make a difference and know how to bring those insights to life.
- High comfort level working in fast-paced, startup-like environments where agility and initiative are essential.
- A passion for using data to fuel customer experience, operational excellence, and business growth.
