Salesforce.com is the CRM solution for the group.
Need an Engineer with strong SF skills, LINUX support experience and Windows IIS
Responsibilities (in support of):
1. Configuration Management
2. Administration of Salesforce.com
3. Providing deployment services for GWIM Salesforce implementation
4. Supporting testing activities related to CRMS and GPC releases
5. Serve as Tier-3 support for business, helpdesk, and end users
This work includes but is not limited to:
- Provisioning changes for user configurations
- Configuration Management of the Salesforce environments
- Support for release deployments during off-hours which entails health checks as well as running through basic test cases to validate successful deployment
- Collection of logs and other relevant troubleshooting data
- Set-up and maintenance of the Salesforce development and testing environments
- Execution of regression tests to validate application functionality and performance
- Triage defects in all supported Salesforce environments and integrations with all systems as well as other third-party applications.
- Work closely with Salesforce Premiere Support team to address defects identified on Salesforce core platform
- Monitor and perform analysis to meet risk and compliance requirements

- Candidate should be experienced in supporting the Force.com platform and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Having 5+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience will be a good match for this position.
- Ability to identify, triage and document issues and resolutions will be preferred.
- Able to work independently and as a team is a must.
- Salesforce certified, highly organized and self-motivated individual is a big plus.
