responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to optimize control documentation and procedures within the Credit Cards - Loyalty Solutions and Benefits product area.

Specifically, we are looking for someone to do the following:

- Support review and rewrite of control procedures, in alignment with company policy

- Enhance procedures to be more thorough and complete by interviewing technology engineers, product managers, and SMEs etc. who are familiar with the controls and procedures

- Pressure-test new and existing control documents to ensure required components are in place/have adequate detail

- Manage procedure update lifecycle as it relates to Issue, Exam, project-related deadlines

 
qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

 
skills: Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
