responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to support both the documentation of Rewards Operational Corrections and Redress adjustments, and to create new Quality Assurance (QA) processes within the Credit Cards - Loyalty Solutions Rewards and Benefits product area.

 
qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

 
skills: Specifically, we are looking for someone to do the following:

- Understand QA requirements as they relate to credit card rewards adjustments, benefits, third party rewards/servicing vendor monitoring to create new QA procedures

- Work with procedure writers to support review and creation of control procedures, in alignment with company policy

-Review existing QA procedures to streamline, improve and optimize QA evaluations

- Adhere to control-creation related issue and corrective action deadlines, where applicable
