- Very proficient knowledge of specific Technology in LOB space
- Expert communication skills
- The candidate(s) must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills; and be able to demonstrate those skills to a varying level of internal external resources, to include senior leadership.
qualifications:
- The candidate should be self-motivated and be able to detect a major concern that should be escalated to management for resolution.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
- Ability to work or lead a technical team from diversified geography and culture to complete strategic planning, mission-critical design and development work.
- Strong results-oriented awareness, with an optimistic and enterprising attitude.
- Experience in diagnosing complex technical issues.
- Leverage profiling tools (i.e. dynaTrace) to analyze and define performance characteristics of an application, recommend enhancements, and trouble shoot bottlenecks
- LoadRunner (VuGen) Web (UI) and Web Service protocol scripting experience at high level of expertise
skills:
- Understanding of basic performance metrics: TPS, RT, Memory, GC, CPU. IO, etc.
- Strong monitoring experience (Splunk, Dynatrace)
- Proficient in the following tools: Dynatrace, LoadRunner/Performance Center, Splunk
- Manage in an agile environment leading to solutions with little supervision
- Strong results-oriented awareness, with an optimistic and enterprising attitude.
- Experience in diagnosing complex technical issues.
- JMeter experience
- Python experience
