- We are seeking for a skilled and motivated Technical Project manager who has experience with Agile Transformation, and can lead positive change, this requires big thinkers who bring insight, past experiences, knowledge, technical acumen and passion for innovation.
- As a Technical Project manager, you shall be critical in ensuring that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, maintain release calendar and communication, and eliminating team impediments. You will also require to have hands-on knowledge of Jira and Rally.

responsibilities:
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, estimate, manage, and deliver solutions
- Champion and embody the Agile way-of -life across the development teams
- Encourage and support iterative and collaborative development
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Sprint Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
qualifications:
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and releases.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
- Primary Skills: Manage Large scale deployment for enterprise projects utilizing Agile methodologies.
- 10+ years PMP, 10+ years Certified Scrum Master (minimum), SAFe preferred.
- Strong familiarity to core Agile Values and modern software engineering techniques
- 15+ years of experience as a TPM or in a similar role.
- 10+ years as a certified scrum master. Expertise in Lean, Kanban, Scrum and other similar Frameworks.
