Key Responsibilities
- Program and Workstream Support: Support the development and integration of business programs and work efforts, ensuring they achieve strategic business goals. You'll own the record for all actions and assist in managing the overall program and discrete work efforts roadmap.
- Operational Facilitation: Facilitate daily routines and support the prioritization and scheduling of programs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate content for leadership groups, including cross-CoSA management, steering, and MBMs. Your role is to track down test and learn initiatives, help with sizing, and ensure cross-CoSA teams are connected and aligned.
- Change Management: Help drive the adoption and sustainment of changes within the organization in compliance with USAA's Change Management methodology.
- Roadmap Alignment: Map out and align roadmaps for both technology and business teams.
- Experience: 8+ years project and/or program management experience, including experience defining a new program and/or managing large-scale projects.
- Leadership: 3 years of direct team lead or management experience.
- Methodology: Demonstrated experience using Waterfall or Agile methodologies to execute program strategies and deliver complex work efforts.
- Risk Management: Advanced understanding and demonstrated application of risk management policies and procedures.
- Program Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of program management methodology and techniques and program performance evaluation.
- Change Management: Proficient experience in USAA's change management methodology or similar industry change management methodology.
- Budgeting: Extensive experience developing, maintaining, and reporting on large cost work effort(s) / program budgets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
- Daily Duties: Your daily duties will involve using these tools to make sure the actions are being delivered on time and as expected.
- Personal Traits: Must be very organized.
- Equipment: The supplier will need to provide computer equipment for the worker.
