Design, develop, and support Oracle Utilities applications (CC&B, C2M, CSM). Build and maintain APIs, SQL queries, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform data analysis, and contribute to quarterly onsite sessions to align with business stakeholders.

qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience for Mid-Level; 10+ years for Senior. Proven expertise with Oracle Utilities (CC&B, C2M, CSM). Strong skills in .NET, C#, SQL Server, and data analysis. Experience with cloud or hybrid integrations preferred. Familiarity with billing systems a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
