responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining applications built with Java/JEE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Python, and Linux
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, and container orchestration (EKS/ECS)
- Experience with Kafka Listener for event-driven architecture and message stream processing
qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with data movement and ETL tools such as Informatica, including job monitoring, failure recovery, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with observability and logging tools such as Datadog, Splunk, ELK Stack
skills:
- Hands-on experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and automation of support tasks
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- Terraform experience preferred, CloudFormation Templates
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional incident response and postmortem reviews
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive operational best practices across teams
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
