- The ideal candidate will be driven, accountable, and critical problem-solver to lead a large, multi-year IT project.
- This person will have a strong history of using waterfall SDLC methodology and experience managing large-scale, complex, high-dollar IT software implementation projects from start to finish.
- The ideal candidate must be able to handle technical complexities, navigate resistance to change, and manage resource constraints.

responsibilities:
The core responsibility is to manage the migration of an on-premise integration platform to a new cloud-based one. This involves redesigning and rewriting approximately 140 existing integrations and will impact multiple IT systems and teams.
qualifications:
- 5+ years experience with large-scale, complex, and high-dollar IT software implementation projects from start to finish.
- strong history of using the waterfall SDLC methodology is essential.
- A background in IT beyond project management is highly preferred, as the role requires strategic insight and an understanding of business and technical functions.
- Experience managing vendors, system implementers, and consulting partners.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
