- Windows OS engineer. Provide mid-level technical infrastructure support services for issues, ensure reliable operation of production, strong understanding of Windows endpoint software/hardware environment, ability to identify / investigate /diagnose Windows OS / CU / minor / major upgrade-related issues. Maintain a high degree of ownership and transparency.

responsibilities:
- Manage ITSM Remedy queue; create ITSM Remedy incidents
- Provide advanced Windows OS support for users
- Troubleshoot Windows/upgrade related issues
- Proactively identify Windows OS/hardware performance improvements and collaborate with OS engineering team and implement them
qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 3+ years of experience as Windows engineer or 5+ years in a Windows Support role
- Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows environments
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems
- Ability to use data analytics to identify trends
skills:
- Experience creating troubleshooting documentation
- Knowledge of ITSM Remedy, Splunk
- Experience in developing solutions using agile methodology
- Enthusiastic to learn new technologies and tools
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for reporting and automation
