- Strong understanding of business analyst discipline, including new product development, testing and deployment
- Prior experience in a high-volume production environment
- Knowledge of unstructured data challenges as well as collaboration, social and productivity product familiarity
- Email/Outlook experience is a must.
- Prior experience working on email platform upgrades is a plus
- Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills
- Excellent at managing multiple tasks, projects and crises at the same time
- Excellent influencing and problem resolution skills
- Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
