- This role is TO REPLACE an ITCL contractor role which was terminated in May 2025 due to lack of performance. Due to the loss of 4 FTEs with no replacement, I need an exception to be backfill the position ASAP.

responsibilities:
- Without this resource replacement, we will not be able to fully support the Informatica and Datastage platforms and it leaves critical tenants teams at risk of not being able to have their changes or incidents supported.
- This also allows our team to be able to allow for employees to have time off between shifts.
- The onshore team which is staffed from 9AM EDT to 9PM EDT, as well as weekends 9AM-9PM EDT, and we do not have enough man power to staff so that folks will have at least 1 weekend per month off, since frequently we need more than 2 people for the weekend to assist with incidents and Changes
qualifications:
- 3 - 6 years DataStage/Informatica experience and troubleshooting in a production support capacity; Experience in L1 / L2 level support.
- Monitor and evaluate DataStage/Informatica platform health and alerts with a view to ensuring 100% availability of the DataStage/Informatica platform and services
- Understand, monitor and evaluate production Informatica/DataStage job streams in support of Bank operations
skills:
- Work well with the application teams, educate the customers and proactively manage expectations
- Ability to perform data analysis and respond to system user inquiries 6. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in high pressure situations
- Ability to effectively communicate status of issues and areas of opportunity for process/system improvements 8. Ability to manage complex inquiries from clients/users in a large, multi-tenant DataStage/Informatica environment
