This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) system, with a strong emphasis on leveraging the Redwood user interface (UI) to create exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between HR business stakeholders and the technical implementation team.

Key responsibilities
- Redwood UI implementation: Support the configuration of Redwood features, such as Journeys, Pages, and UI components, to improve employee and manager self-service experiences.
- Oracle HCM configuration: Apply functional expertise across various HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management, aligning configurations with business processes and best practices.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with HR and project teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Testing and support: Lead system testing, troubleshoot issues during and after implementation, and provide ongoing support to ensure system integrity.
- Documentation and training: Create documentation (configuration workbooks, process flows) and provide training to HR teams to build system proficiency.
- Reporting and security: Design reports and analytics, including OTBI and BI Publisher reports. Advise on security roles, approvals, and workflow design to ensure compliance.
qualifications:
Required qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, including at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Technical skills: Hands-on experience configuring Core HR and other HCM modules. Specific familiarity with Redwood UI features is also required.
- Business knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR business processes, compliance, and reporting needs.
- Communication: Strong ability to act as a liaison between technical and business teams, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
skills: Preferred qualifications
- Certifications: Holding Oracle HCM Cloud certification, especially in Core HR and Redwood Journeys.
- Implementation experience: Full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience across multiple modules.
- HR and payroll experience: Prior experience with HR and payroll implementation projects is a plus.
