- Automate administrative tasks and workflows using PowerShell, REST and SOAP APIs for Omnissa Horizon
- Test and verify that updates to infrastructure and/or systems do not break existing automations
- Automation, testing and documentation of current and new releases of the product
- Operations liaison as well as resident SME and its integration with the Horizon and Citrix platforms
- Knowledge and education of pertinent knowledge to the rest of the engineering team.

responsibilities:
- Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 8+ years of experience working in virtualization and EUC related fields as an engineer or architect, preferably VMware/Omnissa Horizon. 5+ years systems engineering experience in large Enterprises.
- Application delivery experience using AppVolumes in the Enterprise, to include configuration, version management and settings to comply with organizational policies.
- Strong technical understanding and functional implementation of scripting languages including Powershell.

- Ability to transform business requirements to infrastructure requirements
- DEM and Citrix policy engine experience
- UAG - Successful deployment of Unified Access Gateway.
- F5 Gateway & APM function and configuration understanding
- Ability to troubleshoot complex environments including
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work assignments
- Understand how to use PowerCLI to manage virtual machines and virtual infrastructure - proven scripting ability is a strong asset
skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and strong coordination and communication skills to work with representatives across various business units.
- Management and support skills in a large corporate enterprise consisting of 20,000+ endpoints
- Experience with the architecture/design of a VMware Horizon and Citrix environment with 40,000 concurrent users
