responsibilities:
- Candidate will be required to review technical application documentation in an effort to identify potential capacity impacts along side Markets Production Support owners.
- Candidate will work with Production Support owners to collectively assist in providing forecasts and models for performance and capacity of impacted components.
- Once performance testing is underway, the candidate will review saturation test results and artifacts (e.g., AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat, application logs and Performance Center results) to measure and interpret capacity thresholds/limits.
- The candidate will provide support and consulting to the Production Support owners for the application(s) in question.
qualifications:
- Minimum experienced greater than 3-5 years of IT Capacity Management
- Demonstrate knowledge of capacity planning methodologies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of mathematical/statistical and quantitative analytics
- Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL capacity management best practices COBIT framework.
- The candidate will be expected to foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing
