responsibilities:
- 6+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation
- Outstanding conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities including synthesizing findings and developing practical and realistic recommendations
- Strong project management skills with ability to take ownership of a business issue, lead triage and resolution discussions with a sense of urgency, communicate client and participant impact to Legal, Risk, Compliance and appropriate business partners, and see resolution of issue through to completion
qualifications:
- Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.
- Proven capacity to lead clarification and 'translation' of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter
- Leadership ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions - architecture and implementation.

- Bachelor's degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred.
- Superb communication skills - written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
- Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Prior work in an Agile environment
- Solid grasp of Fidelity's unique landscape with experience in multiple product offerings, preferred
