They are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join their System Analysis US Chapter in Greensboro, NC, supporting Commercial Solutions for their North American operations. This role is a vital part of a global, collaborative, and agile team focused on delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining applications that improve usability and amplify value, contributing directly to a cleaner, smarter, and more connected world.

responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of solutions that align with business needs and architecture guidelines.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with specifications and quality requirements while utilizing our client's standards, tools, and platforms.
- Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions.
- Develop, coordinate, and conduct user acceptance and integration testing to validate that requirements are met before deployment.
- Work closely with product teams to guarantee the availability and proper functionality of all products and solutions.
- Participate in the Dealer Engagement Team to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on end-to-end processes.
- Propose and identify new solutions and features to enhance the product.
- Solve assigned issues in close collaboration with the business.
- Document and monitor requirements for updates driven by legal, customer experience, or other business needs.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
