We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and execute a large-scale, high-impact event for a major technology company. This is a short-term, high-visibility role that requires a proactive leader with strong communications skills and the ability to drive results without direct authority. This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end management of a major event, from planning and coordination to on-site execution, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of a large-scale event, including timeline tracking, team coordination, and internal communications.

Create and edit decks, manage SharePoint sites, and develop other communication materials.

Act as the on-site executive producer during the event, ensuring sessions run smoothly and all logistics are managed effectively.

 
qualifications:
5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on large-scale events.

Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.

Strong communications skills, including experience with internal communication tools and deck creation.

This is a hybrid role, requiring the ability to be onsite for the duration of the event in the Puget Sound, WA area.
